Wow, That Long Huh???

Just, couldn't believe it when I re-opened my blog... Been almost a year since I actually posted anything in this blog. Lazy??? No... Busy??? So, so... Then, what is the ultimate reason for not updating??? Me also don't know. Haih...

Anyway, a few more health news that would surely freak me more. Stay tuned to this site to know more. Hehehehe. Pray that I do go on a frenzy weblogging that I never miss out on updating anymore.

How It All Started


At merely 5 foot 11, I was wighing at approximately 92kg around November last year. My girl has been pestering, annoying, irritate, infuriate and exasperate me with all her remarks regarding my obesity (well, slightly obese but she likes to exaggerate). It was to a level that sickens me actually, but I just kept quiet being the lovable person I am.

So, what did I do during those period? Do what any 23 year old would do; play sports, jog, go through some freaking diet. However, none of this worked. Even I was getting frustrated for all the things I'm doing.

Then, it happened. While walking to some complex with my girl, we stumbled upon this offer from the local gym franchise. It was like someone out there was telling me that this is where the calling for a better lifestyle has brought me. Without any hesitation, I immediately signed up not knowing what I was in for.

Now, after 8 months of running, workouts and a better diet, I'm now 87kg, and would like to acknowledge that I did actually go down to 82kg but it went up again due to my persistent on going to the weights (dumbbells in this case). I myself feel secured with my physique and know that my stamina has risen up more than I could wish for.

I'm here not to sell any products or service to other blogger readers or anything like that. I'm here just to share with you how you could actually go through a better living with a healthier lifestyle. And if there are others out there who wishes to do the same, please do not hesitate. You're welcomed to join the boat (gym) ride.

First and Foremost...


For this blog, I would be inserting on tips, guides, secrets and lessons I've learned, heard or one that I stumbled upon accidentally while in the process of living a healthy life and having a buffed body at the same time ;).


Let me put what I'm currently doing now to maintain my health aspect:

1. Joined up Fitness First (6 months already, will provide feedback later on)
2. Bought supplements for gym workout usage
3. Currently following the "Eat Right 4 Your Type" by Peter D' Adamo (2 weeks already)
4. Not eating after 9pm (well once in a blue moon, I just can't help it, hehehehe)

For any of you out there that has their own tips, secrets, etc on methods of reducing weights, bulking up please don't hesitate to inform me as I'll post it up on your behalf.
